Martyn – Founder, Managing Director and Chief Wheelie Bin Presenter

Background – Formerly in Operations, Finance and Facilities Management in the Distribution, Waste and Financial Services sectors

Best thing about working for TAG – We’re different to others where we pride ourselves on being ‘boots on the ground’ and looking after our managed properties as if they were our own. The team we have assembled over the years gets the jobs done properly and compliantly

Hobbies – Avid Warrington Wolves fan (TAG also sponsors first team players and houses a few of the academy lads), play cricket (badly) when its not raining in the Summer and is the best Dad/StepDad’s Taxi to our tribe of 6!

Something that most people don’t know about you – I don’t drink, although I am partial to a non-alcoholic Kopparberg, and I have feet one size ten and one size seven!

Katy – Director, Head of Interior Design, Social Media, Lunch Provision and Cleaning Caddy Replenishment

Background – Graduated Uni with a degree in Social Policy and Administration, Former Police call handler, cashier at a high street bank and most importantly – Mum/Stepmum to our gang of 6 amazing children and 2 very lazy pugs.

Best thing about working for TAG – Being able to give the personal touch to tenants and landlords in our ‘hands on’ approach to managing our properties. We have close relationships to all our trades so we can work together efficiently to ensure we maintain the best possible standards. Freedom and flexibility to work around family life is such an added bonus too!

Hobbies – I love the theatre, cooking, a good Netflix binge, reading trashy books, ferrying kids to various clubs and sports on demand, indoctrinated Warrington Wolves fan via Martyn. I had no idea about Rugby League before I met him, but now I actually love the sport and can (mainly) understand all the rules and terminology

Something that most people don’t know about you – I am addicted to ketchup, eat virtually everything with it. I’ve known and loved my best friend since our first day at school age 4. I’m an expert at assembling flatpack furniture and very competitive at a game of Uno.

ELLA – PROPERTY MANAGER, QUEEN OF VIEWINGS, COMPLIANCE CHASER, INSPECTION ENTHUSIAST AND FEEDBACK FRIDAY COORDINATOR

Background – I have over 7 years’ experience in the property industry and have worked across all aspects of lettings and property management. Whether it’s conducting viewings, carrying out inspections, staying on top of compliance, or helping landlords and tenants, I enjoy the variety that every day brings.

Best thing about working for TAG – The team, without a doubt. Everyone genuinely cares about providing the best service possible, and there’s always someone willing to lend a hand (or a spare set of keys!). No two days are ever the same, which keeps the role exciting. We also have Feedback Friday, where we celebrate achievements and share positive feedback. It’s a great reminder of the difference we make for our landlords and tenants.

Hobbies – I love travelling and usually have my next holiday booked before I’ve even unpacked from the last one. I’m also a regular at the cinema and rarely miss a new film release. When I’m not there, you’ll find me reading, binge-watching a good TV series, or spending time with family and friends.

Something that most people don’t know about you – I’m a huge Disney fan and love visiting the parks whenever I can. I’m always looking for my next adventure, and you’ll usually find me planning my next holiday long before the last one has finished.
